Brian leaves for a week at Camp on Monday. Tonight we went to the mall to pick up the last minute items we needed. Here is our list
flashlight - can anyone tell me where the flashlights go? we buy them send them to camp - they come home and we never ever see them again? Is there a parallel world where all the flashlights go and live in peace?
batteries - for the flashlight
bottled water - because last year the water smelt like eggs and the kids didnt want to drink it
underwear - cause you know it has to be good when you go away, cant take the ratty stuff!
baby bottle - for the "baby day"
"pirate" ball cap - for the "pirate day"
teething ring - for the "baby day"
bug repellant - self explanatory
after bite - cause we all know that the above sometimes doesnt work at all
sun screen - do you think he will really use it?
shorts - just becuse he liked them
granola bars - i am not sure why but he asked his dad for them and it is not really a bad choice
1 bottle Prospect Winery Haynes Barn Merlot Cabernet - we said that he was going AWAY for a week - think about it people!

Mom, you are the one person who should be writing to the minutemen a la blog and telling them, asking them if they could either return all the lost item or just tell you the secret. Come to think of it, DON'T ask them to give the stuff back, I am sure you don't want all of your girls' stuff back from when they were little...can you imagine?!?z
